Chinese Martial Arts (CMA) (also known as Kungfu or Wushu) are fun and functional.


Functional in the way that CMA is excellent for Self Defence and Improving overall Health alike. CMA can be taught in a solid combat environment, or a pure health environment. As long as the focus or martial art does not get lost by tree hugging and dolphin idolising then the martial intent will remain pure and the practitioner will get stronger and longivity will be increased.

CMA has a huge base of Culture and a wide range of styles, and includes many fist styles, from boxing to wrestling and also includes too many weapons to count.
